Eaton return to Glen Huon Reserve this Sunday to take on Harvey Brunswick Leschenault, in the final game of round eight of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, South West Football League season.

The Boomers are coming off a tough loss to South Bunbury, while the Lions are coming off the bye. The loss to the Tigers came at a huge cost to the Boomers, losing their captain Greg Humphries with a broken ankle, while other key players including Anthony Hansen also sustained injuries, which will test the depth of the club when they play a fully fit Lions outfit.
The Boomers currently sit ninth on the ladder, while the Lions are fifth, with the Lions winning the last three contests.
Eaton have played some good football and have had some narrow losses to Donnybroook, Carey Park, Collie Eagles and Busselton, all under twenty six points, with last Sunday’s result of 48 points the biggest loss of the season. The Lions were six goals up in round six against Dunsborough but gave up that lead to end in a thrilling draw in their last outing, but courtesy of the bye will be fresh going into Sunday’s contest which commences at 2.40pm
