Bulls Need To Stop Rampaging Bulldogs

It is normally known as the running of the Bulls, but it will be the Bulls needing to stop the rampaging Bulldogs on Saturday evening, in the opening game of round three of the Dale Alcock Homes South West premiership season.

The Bulldogs had a stunning 99 point win over the reigning premiers in Busselton last Sunday, and they will be looking to continue that form at the Harvey Oval on Saturday against Harvey, who have been soundly beaten in both of their matches so far.

Can anyone stop Joel Houghton? He kicked ten last Sunday.

The Bulls have started slowly in both games, and have failed to kick a goal in the first quarter in either of their games so far, which will be something they will be looking to rectify in front of their home fans.  The Bulls showed glimpses of what they are capable of against Carey Park last Sunday, with Jordan Strahan kicking three goals in five minutes, either side of three quarter time.

Meanwhile, the ball movement and efficiency of the Bulldogs in their win over the Magpies was elite, and the Bulls will need to stop the supply to Joel Houghton who kicked ten goals.

The Bulldogs will be looking for back to back wins to remain undefeated, while the Bulls will be looking to cause an upset and get their season back on track.  The League encounter starts at 4.40pm.
