Bunbury will head to Harvey on Sunday to play the Bulls, in the final game of round seventeen of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, South West Football League season.
With Busselton having the bye in round seventeen, Bunbury can move to the top of the ladder at the end of the round, should they defeat the Bulls by a handy margin, with Busselton currently seven percent ahead. Bunbury then have the bye in round eighteen, but Busselton will come up against Harvey Brunswick Leschenault in Busselton, and a Lions victory could see Bunbury maintain top spot, despite the dominance of Busselton this season.
For Bunbury to gain that percentage advantage may sound easy in theory against the Bulls who have struggled this season, but with showers forecast, scoring may not come as easy as the Bulldogs would like.
The Bulldogs started slowly against Collie last Saturday, but dominated the second half keeping the Eagles goal-less after half time, meanwhile the Bulls are coming off the bye and will be fresh for the contest. Bunbury won the contest earlier this season by 104 points and have won the last seven contests.
