The in-form Busselton Magpies have continued to dominate the competition after picking up a 56-35 win over the Blackwood Ravens on Saturday.
Following uncertainty surrounding mask wearing and sports, all matches were moved outdoors to allow round five of the South West Netball Football League to go off without a hitch.
Despite having the match moved from Bridgetown to Manjimup, Busselton held strong to take home the win.
It was also an emotional week for Carey Park who recently lost one of their own, in the late Emily Noack, who was tragically killed in a head-on car crash in Argyle last Sunday.
The League held a minutes silence before each league match-up and all clubs wore black armbands in Emily’s honour.
The Harvey Brunswick Leschenault Lions managed to hold off Carey Park to notch their first win of the season, 37-35.
The narrow loss came just 24 hours after Carey Park also lost to South Bunbury Tigers by just three points.
