Can Panthers Stop Lions Unbeaten Run?

Harvey Brunswick Leschenault have been the big improvers in 2024, and tomorrow evening they will face Carey Park in a crucial clash in round six of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, SWFL premiership season.

If the Panthers were to lose, they would have one win from five games, and potentially be three games behind third place at the end of the round, while the Lions will be looking to consolidate their great start to the season, which sees them currently in second place, but are yet to have the bye.

The Panthers will be fresh from a week off with the bye, but will be looking to get their season back on track, with their only win being against Harvey Bulls, with Collie defeating them in round three in a massive upset, while Bunbury got the better of them in the final term of their round four encounter.   Carey Park will also be looking to win for Jamahl Mulholland who plays his 100th game for the club on Saturday evening.

The home side will need to be wary of the twin forwards, Jarrod Humphries and Blake Offer, who have been kicking multiple goals per game, but were held to one each last Sunday in a classic match against Bunbury.

The League match starts at 4.40pm under the new LED lights at Kelly Park.
