Carey Park Looking To Continue Good Form

Carey Park will be looking to continue their good form in the Optus Women’s competition, when they play Harvey Bulls on Saturday afternoon at Kelly Park.

The Panthers have won two of their last three games, with Carey Park kicking six goals in their 30 point win over Eaton, with Lana Bennett kicking four goals. with Kandice Hart playing an excellent game, while Ebony Buck and Kirryn Williams also played well.

Meanwhile the Bulls kicked eight goals of their own, with their 46 point win over Dunsborough.  The Bulls have plenty of firepower up forward, with Emma Faulkner leading the goal kicking with 16 goals for the season, while Caitlin Shales has kicked ten goals and Megan Minton eight, giving the Panthers backline plenty to think about.

Rachel Wright and Sieraleone Simpson have been playing well for Harvey all season, and will need to be guarded by the Panthers to stop the ball getting up forward.

With the Bulls second and Carey Park fourth, the match promises to be a good contest.

The match starts at 3.10pm on Saturday.
