Carey Park and Harvey Bulls will both be desperate to win the round ten match of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, League fixture at Kelly Park on Saturday evening.
The Panthers have lost three of their last four games, with the supporters going through four thrillers in four weeks, losing to Donnybrook by three points, Busselton by nine points and Eaton by five points, while defeating Dunsborough by six points. After being second for several weeks, Carey Park have now dropped to fourth, a game behind Donnybrook and South Bunbury.
Meanwhile, Harvey Bulls held on last Sunday to defeat Dunsborough by ten points, despite not scoring a goal in the second half. The Bulls who have been decimated by injury, got the four points, and as a result stayed in touch with the top five, and will be desperate to keep it that way by defeating Carey Park on Saturday evening.
Harley Sparks will be a key player that the Bulls will need to get under wraps, having been arguably the best player on the ground in at least four matches this season. Jaxon Bell, Bill Brown, Bryce Fiorentino and Kelvin Lawrence has also been playing well this season, and will provide the Bulls will plenty of headaches.
The Bulls will be relying on prolific goal kicker Brad Holmes to kick a winning score, having kicked four goals against Dunsborough last Sunday. Lloyd Beever and Andrew Haydon will also be key players for the Bulls, who like the Panthers have only won one match in the last month, making this a crucial match for both clubs.
