Dons Looking To Rebound Against Sharks

Donnybrook will be looking to get back on the winners list when they play Dunsborough on Saturday afternoon at the Boyanup Oval, in the opening game of round four of the Dale Alcock Homes South West premiership season.

The Dons lost to South Bunbury last Sunday, while the Sharks suffered a similar result against Harvey Brunswick Leschenault.

Although both teams showed plenty of periods of good play, both fell short, with the Dons losing by 44 points, while the Sharks lost by 30 points to the Lions.

The Dons experienced brigade of Ben Howlett, Chris Atthowe, Jacob Kendle and Clayton Giblett all played well against the Tigers, and they will need to play well against the brash young Sharks who have showed plenty of run and carry in their opening matches.  Captain Max Paterson has had a great start to the season, while Matthew Burgess kicked five goals on the weekend, while Jake Green kicked five the week before, highlighting that the Sharks have several avenues to goal, and players who can kick multiple goals, with enough supply.

With both teams having the one win for the season, this match is a crucial one, even this early in the season.
