Dons Must Beat Eagles

Donnybrook must beat the Collie Eagles on Sunday to remain in the hunt for third place, and a Qualifying Final berth, when the two teams play in Collie on Sunday at the Collie Recreation Ground.

In the corresponding match, Donnybrook defeated Collie by 26 points, and the Eagles are not playing as badly as their tenth position on the ladder suggests.  The Dons need to win and win by more than South Bunbury beat Bunbury (should that actually happen), to remain in third place, which would then set up a last round showdown, where percentage will decide who will play in the Qualifying Final and who will then host an Elimination Final.

Collie, who went down to Harvey Brunswick Leschenault in round twenty by 25 points will be looking for a good showing as they play their last game at home for the season, while the Dons are coming off a loss to South Bunbury.

The match commences at 3.00pm.
