Early Exit For Colts

The Apprentice & Traineeship SWFL Colts team won’t be playing in the Country Championship Grand Final, after going down in a hard fought match against Regional Districts on Friday morning at Lane Group Stadium in Mandurah.

In a tight match it was goal for goal throughout, but a late goal to Regional Districts was enough to snuff out any chance the SWFL had of making the final

Late in the match Jack DiLallo was taken from the ground on a stretcher to add to the South West pain after a heavy collision, with the SWFL losing by eight points.  At the time of writing he was being taken to Mandurah Health Campus as a precaution.

Jude Mazzucchelli was again one of the best players for the SWFL, who have one match left in the Championship which will be against Peel, who are yet to be defeated.
