Five Will Become Four Tomorrow

Donnybrook will host Augusta Margaret River on Saturday afternoon at Boyanup Oval in an Elimination Final, on the opening day of the Mens Dale Alcock Homes South West Finals series, with the loser to bow out of the finals race.

The two teams have played twice this season, with both teams securing a victory.

In round one, the Dons would defeat the Hawks at Gloucester Park by 38 points, while in round fourteen, it would be the Hawks defeating Donnybrook in atrocious conditions at Boyanup Oval by three points, with just seven goals kicked for the match.

The Dons are coming off a solid win over Carey Park, while the Hawks are coming off a loss to Bunbury, kicking seven behinds in the last term, something they will need to sort out against the Dons.

Both teams have match winners and players in good form, making for what should be a very even contest.   Ben Howlett and Cooper Clarke-Dehring have been in particularly good form, while Kel Evans, Max Spyvee and Linc Adams have been good all season for the Hawks.

With a place in a First Semi Final opposed to it being seasons end, the Elimination Final promises to be great match, with no tomorrow for the loser.
