Harvey Brunswick Leschenault have defeated Harvey Bulls at Harvey Oval on Saturday afternon, in round eleven of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, South West Football League season.
After a tight opening term where the Lions led by ten points at quarter time, the match was won in the second quarter, where the Lions kept the home side scoreless to lead by 39 points at the half time break.
The Bulls kicked three goals in the third term in a quality third term, but the Lions managed four goals, including an excellent goal to Jarrod Humphries who ended up with three goals for the match.
The final term saw Harvey Brunswick Leschenault kick four goals to one, landing a 65 point win, which puts the Lions into the five over night at the mid way point of the round.
Ty Anderson played another good game, as did Emmett Templeton, while Brendan Gotti continued his excellent form for the Bulls.
The Lions will host the Collie Eagles next Sunday at Brunswick Oval, while the Bulls will play Donnybrook on Saturday at Harvey Oval.
