Dunsborough will play the Collie Eagles on Sunday afternoon at the Dunsborough Playing Fields, in round seven of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, South West Football League season.
The match was originally scheduled to be played in Collie but will be played on Sunday in Dunsborough.
Collie, who haven’t been able to play at the Collie Recreation Ground due to the unsafe nature of the playing surface, have already ventured to Payne Park twice, Gloucester Park and Kelly Park, now adding the Dunsborough Playing Fields to their list of away games in opening part of the season. The Eagles have played some good football, but haven’t been able to put a full four quarters together, which sees them with one win for the season, the same as Dunsborough, who defeated Eaton at Shark Park in round four.
With both sides having the one win, both will be desperate to take the four points on Sunday. The Sharks have never lost to Collie at home, while Collie convincingly won the last contest at the back end of last season.
Of the five matches in round seven, this contest has the most dispute amongst the SEN tipsters, in a match that could go either way.
Dunsborough are coming off a loss to Busselton, while Collie return after the bye, and with fine weather forecast the match promises to be an entertaining one.
