Panthers Looking To Win At Home

Carey Park will be looking to keep their winning form at home in tact, when they play Dunsborough on Sunday at Kelly Park in round eleven of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, SWFL premiership season.

Carey Park are yet to win away from home, so winning on Sunday is imperative for the Panthers if they are going to force their way into the five to play finals in September.

The Panthers are coming off a loss to Augusta Margaret River in round ten, which sees the Panther languishing in seventh place with four wins.  Meanwhile, Dunsborough are also coming off a loss, with the Sharks missing 20 senior players as they battle injury and unavailability.  The good news is the Sharks will get a few of those players back this week, as the Sharks look to beat Carey Park for the first time.   A Panther victory will keep them within one game of the top five should Donnybrook and Busselton win, however, a loss will see them drop two games behind and then struggle to make finals.

A Dunsborough victory, which would also be a massive turn around in form and fortune, would see the Sharks potentially jump the Bulls.

With fine weather forecast for Sunday, skills will be on display in a must win match for both teams.
