Season Launch Success

The South West Football League held its season launch at the showrooms of Dale Alcock Homes South West on Tuesday evening, to launch the 2024, Dale Alcock Homes South West Premiership Season.

Prior to the launch, Men’s and Women’s Club Captains attended an hour long photo shoot at Hands Oval to assist with this season’s promotions in the lead up to round one.

The launch saw President Barry Tate outline the season, while touching on the exciting future with the Hands Oval Redevelopment, and thanking the South West Football Leagues valued sponsors, many of whom were in attendance.

Sam Casella, Sales Development Manager of Dale Alcock Homes South West hosted the evening and spoke about the great partnership the group has with the SWFL, which is now in its 14th season.

General Manager, Jason Crowe made the South West Football League’s first big announcement of the season, that the competition has secured Tronox as the naming rights sponsor of the Women’s competition for the next three seasons, one both the SWFL and Tronox are proud of.  Crowe also announced that Aurizon would be the naming rights partner of the Women’s Gather Round to be held in Collie later in the season, and that Alcoa would be the SWFL’s Community Partner for all Community Rounds, including Belt Up, Think Mental Health, White Ribbon and Indigenous Rounds.

The season commences on Saturday, 20 April 2024.
