South Bunbury Into Third Consecutive Womens Grand Final

South Bunbury kicked the highest score ever in a Women’s Preliminary Final, defeating Busselton to move to the Grand Final next Sunday to play arch rivals, Bunbury.

After a relatively even opening quarter, the Tigers dominated the rest of the match, winning by 40 points, with Bethany Bond again kicking a multiple haul of goals, with Kate Fielding and Charli Wicksteed the best for the Tigers.  The Magpies continued to try hard, but just could not match the Red and Whites.

South Bunbury will play in their third consecutive Grand Final, having won the previous two, while Bunbury, their opponent, won the first two Titles.
