South Bunbury Too Good In Reserves First Semi

South Bunbury have advanced to the Solahart SW Preliminary Final after defeating Bunbury at Payne Park in the First Semi Final, with a 28 point victory on Sunday afternoon.

After an even first quarter where Mackenna Taylor of Bunbury and Ryan Hutcheson of South Bunbury kicked the only two goals of the quarter, both teams were only able to manage one goal each in the second quarter, despite perfect weather conditions.

Bunbury didn’t score a goal in the second half and the match was put well out of reach when Morgan Lane kicked his second goal in the final quarter.

South Bunbury will now play Harvey Bulls in the Preliminary Final.
