South West Colts Go Down Fighting

The Apprentice & Traineeship SWFL Colts team, may not have made the Grand Final, but they played to the very last siren in the final match of the round robin at Lane Ground Stadium in Mandurah on Friday afternoon.

After being blown away by Peel in the first half, where Peel kicked 6.4.40 to the SWFL 0.1.1, in the second half the SWFL kicked four goals to one to go down by 19 points.

With nothing to lose, the SWFL played some of its best Football in the final half, with Brady Lenaghan playing a great game.

South West officially finished fifth in the Championships.
