Tigers Keep Touch With Top Three After Gritty Win

South Bunbury have solidified their position within the top five of the SWFL, when they defeated Eaton Boomers at Glen Huon Reserve on Saturday.

Bunbury kicked into gear in the second quarter kicking five goals to one, to lead by 16 points at the main break.  The margin extended to 17 points at the final change, with the final margin being 26 points.

Jordan Strahan was a focal point up forward for the Tigers, kicking four goal, while Tim Sutherland played a great game for the winners, with Mitch King and Christopher Luff amongst the best for the Boomers.

The Tigers will now turn their attention to the WA Day Derby against arch rivals Bunbury at Hands Oval next Sunday, while Eaton will travel to Harvey next Saturday.
