Two Teams Looking To Rebound

Carey Park will host Harvey Bulls on Sunday at Kelly Park, in round two of the Dale Alcock Homes South West Premiership season, with both teams looking to record their first wins, after first round losses.

Carey Park went down to Premiers Busselton by thirty three points at Sir Stewart Bovell Park last Saturday, while the Bulls were humbled by the Lions by 104 points at Harvey Oval.

Harvey Bulls and Carey Park Captains will be key players in Sunday’s match.

Carey Park started slowly and effectively played catch up for the remainder of the match, while the Bulls never scored a goal until the third term, something they won’t want to replicate against the Panthers.

Logan Egerton-Green, Braden Fimmano and Zakery Pretty were amongst the Bulls best, but there were plenty of Bulls players who will need to lift this week, in what was a disappointing start at home.  Carey Park meanwhile will rue their slow start, with experienced players Bill Brown, Jaxon Bell and Kelvin Lawrence all playing well, and will be looking to get a better start against the Bulls at home.

The loser of the match will be entrenched at the bottom of the ladder without a win, in what is a crucial clash for both teams.
