Works Set To Commence At Hands Oval

Works will soon commence at Hands Oval on the Redevelopment of the venue, after the City of Bunbury provided a time line this week of the construction time line.

The temporary facilities will be placed at the Southern end of the ground, behind the grassed terraced area.  This is set to take place shortly and be operational by the end of the month.

Once they temporary facilities are in use, demolition will commence in early July, with construction of the new facility to start before the end of July.

The early indications are that the new facility will be completed by 13 September 2024.

Other works to be completed at the end of the football season will include formalising car parking, constructing a perimeter pathway around the oval, along with a new entrance at the Halsey Street end of the ground, along with new ticket boxes.
