Harvey Brunswick Leschenault will play Donnybrook at Brunswick Oval on Saturday evening, in round eighteen of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, South West Football League premiership season, with massive ramifications for both sides depending on the result.
Going into the match, the Lions sit fourth on the ladder, with nine wins and a draw, two points clear of fifth placed Donnybrook who have nine wins. Carey Park sit in sixth place also on nine wins, with the Dons having the strongest percentage of the three teams.

A Harvey Brunswick Leschenault victory will put them six points clear of Donnybrook with two games to play, however they will play Carey Park and South Bunbury in the final two rounds. That win would make Donnybrook vulnerable to Carey Park, who if they beat Bunbury on Sunday will depose the Dons from the top five. Should the Dons defeat the Lions, Donnybrook will move to fourth, and the Lions to fifth, but again if the Panthers beat Bunbury, the Lions will drop out of the five. Both side will be hoping Bunbury will prevail at Payne Park on Sunday, leaving both to fight another day.
The match itself promises to be a good one, with the Lions coming off a hard fought win over Dunsborough, while the Dons are coming off an eight point loss to Carey Park. What ever the outcome, both sides will be watching the result of the Bulldogs and the Panthers on Sunday.
The League match commences at 4.40pm
