Dunsborough have won consecutive games for just the second time in their short history, when they defeated Harvey Bulls at Harvey Oval on Sunday afternoon.
Both teams started slowly with just three goals kicked in the opening term, but the match opened up in the second, as both teams went goal for goal, with the Sharks leading by five points at half time.
The trend continued in the third term, with the Sharks seemingly dominating possession, but the Bulls continued to find a way to goal, to keep the margin at a manageable ten points at the final break.
Unlike the opening three quarters, it was all one way traffic in the final term, with Dunsborough keeping Harvey goal-less, kicking the final five goals of the match, to record their biggest win over the Bulls – 42 points.
Daniel Atkinson and Chris White combined to kick seven goals for the visitors after the duo kicked eight against Collie the week before. Mack Candy was outstanding for the Sharks and was given the game ball as part of the White Ribbon Round.
Dunsborough will finish the 2024 season with a home match against Busselton, while Harvey will travel to Collie to play the Eagles on Saturday.
