Collie Eagles will host Busselton on Saturday afternoon at the Collie Recreation Ground, in round ten of the Dale Alcock Homes South West, South West Football League season.
The Eagles have won two of their last three games, and come up against the might of Busselton who are yet to be defeated in season 2026, with almost every player in the side in great form.
The Eagles last week defeated Eaton, while Busselton defeated Carey Park, with both sides recording comfortable wins. The Eagles will know that Busselton will be hard to topple, but have shown that they can score heavily, although in round nine, inaccurately.
Busselton can also score heavily, which will see the Collie defence tested, with Liam Creighton particularly hard to stop, averaging five goals a game in the last six weeks. The Magpies have won the last eight encounters against the Eagles, something the home side will be looking to change on Saturday.
The Magpies though will go in with the knowledge of having a week off in round eleven, and will be looking to extend their winning run to nine games, with a victory over the Eagles.
