Busselton Juggernaut Heads To Collie

The Collie Recreation Ground will be a buzz on Sunday, with Stephen Milne playing for the Collie Eagles, but the Eagles who sit on the bottom of the ladder, will need to cause the upset of the season, if they are to defeat Busselton in the round eleven clash in the SWFL.

Milne said during the week he was hoping to kick for or five, which would be greatly accepted by the Eagles, who will come up against Busselton who are yet to be defeated and furthermore, boast significant firepower of their own, with Liam Crieghton (23 goals), Jaxon East (17) and Mitch Howlett (16), all in the top ten of the SWFL leading goal kickers.

The Eagles played exceptionally well at VC Mitchell Park last Saturday against Donnybrook, and if not for inaccurate kicking in front of goals, may well have finished well closer that the eventual margin of 26 points.   Teale DeAngelis and Jayce Fontana continue to play well for Collie and will need big games on the Sunday against the Magpies who have match winners all over the ground.

Collie have played well against Busselton in the past at home, and will be hoping the home town support can get them across the line on Sunday, with the support of Stephen Milne who is sure to provide the Busselton back half with some challenges.
